Why it exists

Some decisions shouldn't

be made in a group.

Honest fit

This is for you if

  • The decisions in front of you are structural, not remedial
  • Your books are in whatever state they're in. We start from what's there
  • You want a straight answer from someone qualified more than a comfortable one
  • You'd rather pay once for the right answer than three times for the wrong one

And it isn't if

Who this is for

You're past advice. You need someone in the room.

You're running something substantial. The numbers are broadly under control, you pay yourself properly, and nothing about the business frightens you the way it used to.

What's changed is the size of the decisions. Buying premises. Bringing on a partner. Restructuring. Selling. Raising your prices by an amount that will lose you clients on purpose.

Those don't belong in a group, and they aren't a fifteen minute conversation. They need someone who has read your accounts, knows your numbers cold, and will tell you straight.

Worth saying. A full-time CFO in Australia costs upwards of $250,000 a year. This is $30,000 for six months, and you get the parts that actually change the outcome.

What you actually get

Six months, and what happens in them.

Roughly five hours a month of my attention, structured so it lands where it matters rather than filling a calendar.

A paid health check first

Before anything begins I go through your file properly and produce a written picture of where the business actually is. That is the baseline everything else works from, and it stops the first two sessions being data archaeology.

Month zero · Included

The framework, on your numbers

Month one is the full framework applied to your business rather than taught in the abstract. Freedom Number, pricing, allocations, capacity. Done properly once, so the remaining five months are about decisions rather than foundations.

Month one

Fortnightly strategic sessions

Ninety minutes, twice a month, with preparation done before you arrive. Your numbers on the screen, the decision in front of you, and someone qualified to tell you when you're wrong.

Twelve sessions across six months

Access between sessions

Decisions don't wait for the calendar. When something lands in the meantime, you get an answer rather than a diary invitation for a fortnight's time.

Throughout

What it costs

$30,000

Six months is the minimum. One to one, excluding GST. Includes the opening health check, the framework delivered on your numbers, twelve fortnightly sessions and access between them. By application, because I only run a handful at a time.

  • Pay in full $30,000 Best value
  • Monthly 6 × $5,750 $34,500 in total

Excludes GST. The payment plan carries a small premium, shown here in full rather than left for you to work out later.

Before you ask

The questions that come up.

Do I need to use MicroChilli for bookkeeping?

No. Keep your bookkeeper. If the file needs work before we can use it, we sort that first and quote it separately, so we aren't spending strategic sessions on data archaeology.

Do I have to do The Boardroom first?

No. It's open to anyone who fits, and the framework is delivered inside it in month one rather than assumed.

How is this different from bookkeeping?

Bookkeeping is done for you. Someone else runs the numbers and hands you the picture, and you're buying capacity. This is done with you. You're in the room making the calls, and you're buying judgement.

Why is it by application?

Because I can only hold a handful of these at once and do them properly. It's a capacity limit, not a marketing device.

The standard

Make yourself expensive.
